Anthony Castrovince reports that the Cleveland Indians have signed 35-year-old right-handed pitcher Jamey Wright to a Minor League contract with an invitation to Spring Training.

Wright was 3-5 with the Kansas City Royals in 2009 with a 4.33 ERA in 65 games. Wright has a career 82-115 record with a 5.03 ERA over 14 seasons with the Rockies, Brewers, Cardinals, Royals, Giants and Rangers. You can see Wright’s contract history and statistics here.
